I am available there Tuesdays - Saturdays, and accept insurance. Or visit me at the original location at the Alaska Family Health & Birth Center on 30th Ave, Sundays - Tuesdays, and by appointment.
Available evenings during the week in town. Weekend schedules can be scheduled for individualized appointments as well. This allows me to customize my therapies around your schedule. Home massage as well as office masages are available on a case-by-case determination.
Privacy
I value your privacy. I will never give, lease, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information - period. Any information you give will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Payment
I accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Square. I also accept gift certificates issued by ReEnergize Massage and Bodyworks. Insurance payments are now accepted (through North Country Chiropractic).
Making an Appointment
I recommend reserving an appointment in advance in order to ensure availability; however, I am delighted to accommodate you on short notice if I have an opening.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They may be charged for their “missed” appointment or be asked for a valid credit card number or pre-payment deposit hold any massage appointment after the second no-show.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Consideration for Clients Who Are Minors
Special consideration will be given to clients who are under the age of 18. Those clients between 15 and 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first massage session. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
